Southeastern Investments In Mobile Real Estate

 

While most investors have been paying close attention to the real estate markets in the east and west coasts of the United States, they haven’t notice the growing real estate markets of the south.    Mobile, Alabama is one southern city that has entered into a housing growth state under most investors’ noses.  The Mobile real estate market has experienced a growth in population in recent years.  This has been due to economic and job growth in the area.  This growth gives real estate investors an excellent reason to invest in Mobile real estate.   

In recent years, the demand for Mobile real estate has greatly increased.  However, the number of sellers to supply this demand has not increased at a comparable rate to that of the demand.  This is another part of what makes the Mobile real estate market a profitable place for investors.  There are buyers in the area that are ready to purchase housing and few people to sell the houses to them.  It may sound too good to be true, but this is what happens when population in an area increases unexpected. 

The average cost for a single family house Mobile real estate is almost $100,000 less than the national average.  At $135,000 Mobile real estate is very inexpensive both for investors and prospective homeowners.  The market experienced growth in the last year of close to 15%.  The growth is expected to increase as the market continues to grow.  Early investors in the Mobile real estate while prices are still low will receive the highest amount of profit from their investment as the home prices increase and market growth continues.

Investors can buy and hold Mobile real estate for a few months while the market approaches its peak because the market will to continue to grow at least for the next year.  This will allow Mobile real estate investors to receive the most amount of profit possible from their investment. Since sellers have not yet taken full control of the market, investors can still purchase housing at a relatively low rate.  Waiting a few weeks or even a month might be too late to get in on the market. 

At this point the Mobile real estate is expected to continue to grow at least for the next year or two. The Mobile real estate is one of the few profitable places in the south for investors. There is no need to worry; there will be plenty of time to make profits in the Mobile real estate investing.
