| Full Income Tax Analysis Many of our clients come to us wanting to do a stated income loan or worse yet a "no doc" loan. They do this because somewhere in the past they have been led to believe that they could not qualify for a "full doc" loan because they showed too little income on their income taxes. We have found that if we did a full income tax analysis that over 50% of our clients that previously could not go "full doc" were actually able to do so. This 15 minute analysis allowed us to show more qualifying income and thus allowed the customer to get a better rate, this was especially true of people who owned real estate. The reason for this is that many of the deductions a client takes can actually be counted as income from the lenders point of view.
